PurityIQ publishes government data. Government datasets contain errors, and so do we. This page is how you tell us, and our public record of what we have changed.
Report an error
Email support@purityiq.app with the subject line CORRECTION, and include the product or page, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and the source you believe is correct. Brand owners, manufacturers, and regulators are welcome to write to us directly.
What we commit to
- We acknowledge every correction request within 72 hours.
- We provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
- If we confirm an error internally, we remove or suspend the affected content within 24 hours, before the underlying dispute is resolved.
- We publish confirmed corrections here and on every surface where the original information appeared, including social posts.
- We leave corrections up permanently. We do not quietly edit and move on.
